Nick Attina was the director of army bands for 22 years and Mary was a registered nurse. In 1966 they opened a small music store in Forest Park where they enjoyed rapid growth which lead to their much larger store right on Main Street. In 1988 the Attina family opened their second loacation in Fayetteville GA. This new location allowed them to provide their expertise and commitment to music to a growing community. Seven years later they broke ground on the new Fayetteville store which was built from the ground up to be a music store. Then, in 2001 they opened their third store in McDonough GA to branch out even further and reach even more people. In July of 2008, after 43 years of service the Attina family closed the doors on the original Forest Park store to make way for an exciting new Urban Renewal project. The Attina family traditions of great music and great service are now being carried on by their son, John Attina and his dedicated staff at two locations.
